Shipping Policy for Isla + Bo:
We ship Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Canadian and US orders ship at a flat rate of $12 CAD and are free on orders over $100. Orders will ship from one of our two warehouses, located in China or Canada.
Current Shipping Delays: Due to high demand, please expect shipping delays of about one week. We are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!
Shipping Times: Standard shipping (Canada & USA): 8–15 business days (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO). Most orders arrive within two and a half weeks.
Processing time: Approximately 3-5 business days.
Please note: Shipping times may be longer during holidays and sales. Orders placed after 10 AM EST on Fridays will ship the next business day.
Order Status & Tracking: Once your order is placed, we cannot cancel it. You'll receive tracking information via email, and tracking updates may take up to 48 hours. For real-time updates, sign up for email notifications through the tracking provider. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For help tracking your order, please contact the last courier handling your package.
Undeliverable/Refused Packages: If your package is undeliverable or refused, shipping fees and a $12 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. To resend your order, please place a new order with the correct shipping address.
International Shipping & Duties: We currently ship to Canada and the USA. International shipping is coming soon! Buyers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or import duties on international orders. Isla + Bo is not liable for customs delays.

Please note that fit may vary due to differences in children's body types, styles, and personal preferences, therefore we cannot guarantee a perfect fit. We suggest using height as a better indicator of size than weight. If you are unsure about the size, we recommend ordering a size up as children tend to grow quickly.
