Isla + Bo Shipping Policy
At Isla + Bo, we are committed to providing a transparent and straightforward shipping policy for our online shoppers. Our goal is to ensure that you receive your orders efficiently and with the utmost care.
Shipping Schedule and Locations
- We process and ship orders from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Our products are dispatched from one of our two production facilities located in Canada and China.
- We offer a flat shipping rate of $12 for orders under $100
Current Shipping Delays
- Important Notice: Due to high demand, we are currently experiencing shipping delays. Please anticipate a delay of more than one week. We are working diligently to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and loyalty during this time.
Estimated Shipping Times
- For Canadian and US orders, our processing time is 5-7 business days, excluding holidays.
- Our standard shipping method typically delivers within 8-15 business days in Canada and the USA, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses.
- Most customers receive their orders within 2 weeks, but please be aware that delays can occur.
Holiday and Sale Periods
- Expect longer processing and shipping times during holidays and annual sales events.
Order Status and Tracking
- Once an order is placed, especially on launch days, we are unable to cancel it due to the volume of orders we process.
- All orders include shipping and tracking information. Please check your emails for updates.
- Allow 48 hours for tracking updates.
- We recommend signing up for email and/or SMS notifications via the tracking information for real-time updates on your package's location.
- Isla + Bo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you encounter issues with tracking, please contact the last known courier for assistance.

Business/Commercial Address Deliveries
- When shipping to a business/commercial address, include the recipient's first and last name in the address Line 1 field to avoid delays for verification.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
- Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs, which vary based on the original shipping method.
- Orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or with an insufficient address will be subject to all shipping charges and a $12 undeliverable fee, deducted from your original payment.
- For re-shipment, please place a new order with the correct shipping address/information.
Please Note: We cannot state this enough, we do not process orders or ship anything out on weekends or holidays. Our shipping timeline is clear and transparent and worth repeating. Our order processing time is up to 5 business days, shipping is currently offered at 8-15 business days. We are working hard to be able to offer faster shipping times in the near future and appreciate your patience as we grow and improve. Once a package has left either one of our warehouses, we are no longer able to influence or expedite its delivery to you. Please contact the carrier to inquire about your delivery. We will provide you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any updates or changes to tracking information made by the courier. If your order is marked as delivered and you claim it is not found, please contact the last known carrier to have marked it delivered so they can assist you further. We will not send you a replacement under any circumstance. Refunds will not be granted if your order does not arrive on time for a specific event, unless it is delivered outside of our policy. Do not place an order if you need it next weekend or anytime that doesnt line up with our shipping timeline.
