When it comes to online shopping Isla + Bo prides itself on providing you with a clear and transparent shipping policy.
We ship orders every Monday through Friday, excluding weekends & holidays. All Canadian, US + Australian orders ship free after $250. We are working hard to bring this minimum down for our customers, while maintaining our products quality as top priority.

Canadian and US Estimated Shipping Transit Times are as follows and subject to change and delays. Our current processing time is 5-7 business days on all orders including Priority and Express shipping. Our default method of shipping is standard, which takes approximately 8 -15 business days to deliver within Canada and the USA, EXCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO. Most customers receive their order within 2 weeks, but delays are possible!
If you choose priority shipping, transit time is an estimated 6-12 business days. If you choose express shipping, transit time is an estimated 7 business days.
Note: Please expect longer processing and ship times during holidays and annual sales. Orders placed with Expedited, Priority, and Express shipping are estimates only. We do NOT ship over the weekend/holidays, and all orders placed after 10am EST on Fridays will ship on the next business day. This includes Expedited, Priority, and Express shipments. Please order accordingly. Expedited, Priority, and Express shipping options are not available during Launch days due to the volume of orders we receive. International Orders ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES: Canada & Australia*: 2-3 business days Europe, Asia & Middle East: 3-6 business days Rest of the World: 6-10 business days Tracking is NOT available in all countries. Tracking to certain countries will only update until it leaves the USA. Please contact your local post office or courier for further information. * Canada and Australia orders are eligible for FREE shipping if the order itself totals over $250 USD. This does not apply to merged shipments. Order Status Due to the volume of orders we process, we cannot cancel an order once it's been placed — especially on Launch days. All orders come with shipping and tracking information! Please check your emails for updates. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to be updated. We advise to sign up for e-mail and/or SMS notifications through the final tracking information to ensure you receive real-time updates for your package's last location. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking information we provide, please contact the last available courier for more information. We have multiple warehouses globally so please keep in mind that any and all Import Taxes & Duties are the responsibility of Buyers for any customs and import taxes incurred that may apply. Isla + Bo is not responsible for delays due to customs, duties, or taxes.
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. We will add shipping fees to your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address. Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and $12 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. Please place a new order with correct shipping address/information if you would like your items re-sent.
